| Servicing Of Your
Carousel
We offer full service facilities and will always try to fit
your Carousel in to suit your travel plans. Providing your caravan is booked-in
in advance and, if possible, with us by 10:30 AM, we will do our utmost to have
it ready for you by 4:30PM, to enable you to continue your journey or to travel
to one of the lovely local caravan sites for your overnight stop. We also carry
out servicing on all touring caravans, folding campers & trailer tents.
Spare Parts
Any request for spare parts will be handled immediately and
despatched to you by the quickest possible method, depending on how urgently the
item is required. Insurance
We are able to offer very competitive insurance quotations, giving excellent
cover for your Carousel. So, when your renewal is due, give us a call for a comparison
quote - you may be surprised and save £'s.
Insurance Repairs
Accidents do happen and we are always here to help in
your hour of need. Most owners prefer to bring the caravan back to Melton Constable
for quotation purposes and repairs. If you do not wish to make the journey yourselves,
or if the caravan is not roadworthy, then we can arrange for complete transportation.
Once the assessor has given the go ahead, the repairs will be carried out as soon
as possible to minimise the amount of time your Carousel is off the road. Selling
Your Carousel
From time to time circumstances change and you may have
to dispose of your Carousel. We will do our best to assist at these times and
listed below are three different options available to you:
Trade-In - We are
able to supply new or used motorcaravans, traditional caravans etc. when your
Carousel would be treated as a part-exchange.
Outright Purchase -
Where a quick disposal is required we are always happy to discuss an outright
purchase with you of any Carousel model with a quick, no fuss action.
Selling On Your Behalf - This is perhaps the most cost-effective way of disposing
of your Carousel. We will collect the caravan if required, service and prepare
it for re-sale, advertise and display the unit and do our utmost to sell the caravan
for the best price in the quickest possible time. If
